22 UF rules
  1. U.17.H · Wall hangings stay below the 84″ door frame.
  2. U.14.E · A raised bed keeps 36″ clear below the ceiling.
  3. Fit · Nothing you bring may block the door’s swing.

  • 1. Pick your hall

Choose from 24 UF halls. Open a room plan with its Official or Estimated size clearly marked.

  • 2. Place your stuff

Photograph a lamp, a fridge or a rug. We rebuild it in 3D at the size you enter and drop it in your room.

  • 3. Check UF’s rules

See what needs checking, with a policy number and explanation. The rules engine makes the call; AI reads the item.
